ABOUT US

Sharing solutions they have found to common business problems, many of our CEOs say they have made more money, or saved millions of dollars, inspired employees, cleaned up "messes", regained home/life balance and some claim more hours of peaceful sleep and less hours working. They are working ON their businesses, instead of IN their businesses.

Tampa Bay's "mid-level" first and second-stage companies (with or without more than 25 employees and more than $3M in revenue, but less than $10M) make up 90% of the workforce here. Our CEOs strive to provide the area with abundant job opportunities, good places to work, a healthy livelihood, a stimulated economy and a high quality of life for our entire community.

Five different formats for meetings allow members to get to know each other well:

  1. Regular monthly educational breakfast meetings
  2. Monthly roundtables
  3. "R-Nights" (relationship building happy hours)
  4. "R-Groups" (gatherings at each other's businesses)
  5. Two "socials" (parties and activities) with spouses and sometimes whole families.
