CEO Council of Tampa Bay Presents Scholarship to USF College of Business Administration

The CEO Council of Tampa Bay, Inc. has donated $5,000 to underwrite a scholarship for students at the University of South Florida’s College of Business Administration.

“Each year the CEO Council is pleased to support USF’s undergraduate and graduate level business programs that are training our next generation of business leaders,” says Mark Anderson, CEO of eLogic Learning and 2009 CEO Council chairman. “The CEO Council’s philanthropic activities have as their goal to help develop a stronger and more vibrant business community in the Tampa Bay area, and we believe this scholarship is an important part of that commitment.”

Other annual philanthropic efforts sponsored by the CEO Council include mentoring of tenants at the STAR TEC technology/manufacturing accelerator and support of The University of Tampa’s graduate and undergraduate business plan competition held each spring.

The CEO Council of Tampa Bay, Inc.
