Midmark Corporation today announced the completion of its acquisition of Sharn Veterinary Inc, a Tampa, Florida based company. Sharn is a value added reseller of state of the art, world-class monitoring and critical care equipment designed specifically for use on animals under the Cardell® brand.
Founded in 2001 by Andy Schultz Sr., the Sharn product line is considered an exceptional value to the veterinary profession throughout the world, providing innovative products that incorporate superior performance, safety, and versatility.

Andrew Schultz Jr., former president of Sharn, will join Midmark as Director of Veterinary Monitoring and Critical Care and continue to lead the Tampa based team. Schultz will also work closely with the veterinary division sales and marketing team on the transition plan and future sales strategy for veterinary products.
