Peter W. Zinober, a shareholder with international law firm Greenberg Traurig P.A., was named one of the nation's "Top 100 Employment Attorneys for 2009" by Human Resource Executive, a magazine which focuses on strategic HR issues.

Zinober was among 1,000 corporate employment attorneys judged by HRE and Los Angeles-based legal networking site Lawdragon on practice experience, legal matters handled, client satisfaction, firm position, and participation in bar organizations to select the leading employment attorneys in the United States. Zinober is a member of the firm's labor and employment practice in Tampa and specializes in the defense of employment discrimination cases in state and federal court, both jury and non-jury, as well as wage and hour, disability discrimination, age and all other types of employment litigation. He also works extensively with employers in a unionized environment, handling labor arbitrations, collective bargaining, and NLRB cases. He is a board certified labor and employment lawyer by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education.

Zinober received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and holds an LL.M. in Labor Law from George Washington University.
